STREET KID TURNS EFC CHAMPION, REMEMBERS ROOTS – By Calvin Kaumba Chikenge

From being a street kid in Lusaka to being the first Zambian to become a professional mixed martial arts fighter. 

Rob Simbowe, aged 34, based in South Africa, a lightweight extreme fighting Championship fighter remembered the place where he was adopted as a street kid. 

Simbowe lived at fountain of hope orphanage in Lusaka after being adopted from the streets as he was homeless with both his parents late.
